Leading skin care brand struggled to evenly and effectively track   medical marketing program effectiveness, across dozens of countries, in order to achieve ‘#1 Recommended by Dermatologists’ claim.
SPRIM developed and customized a proprietary software platform and the KPIs to track & measure the influence of medical marketing programs across six continents. SPRIM then partnered with local teams and agencies to facilitate onboarding, training and development of KPIs to track success via the platform. 
By tracking HCP recommendation over a 2-year period, the brand was able to achieve a regional claim, the first step in achieving a Global claim.
